Branstad Predicts Trump Takes Caucus

Iowa Governor Terry Branstad weighed in on the Trump - Carson rivalry Tuesday.

He said he wants to be a good host and encourage all candidates to continue to come to Iowa. He said the way to win Iowa is to go to all 99 counties and meet with the people and address their concerns.

Branstad said that when it comes in the Iowa Caucuses he believes Iowans will reward a candidate who works hard.

Branstad also had a few things to say about Donald Trump's recent controversy. 

"I think what he said about Sen. McCain is certainly inappropriate and so what he said about Sen. McCain was truly out of line and inappropriate," said Branstad.

He said in the end he thinks Trump would win Iowa and that name recognition does help him.
